The Broadmoor Quartet was founded in 2023 by a group of musicians who frequently participated in jazz events at the Rose Bowl Tavern. While we have performed together for years in various one-off gigs, this marks our first time playing as a cohesive unit.

We focus on standards, Bossa Nova music, and classic songs by the best of the 'West Coast' or 'Chamber Jazz' artists like Ahmad Jamal, Oscar Peterson, and Chet Baker. By using light hand percussion instead of a drum set, we create a unique sound that swings a little softer than most jazz events.
